Good on popcorn
For a delicious and healthy snack: microwave some popcorn, pour on some avocado oil, and sprinkle on brewer's or nutritional yeast and a little salt, and maybe parmesan cheese. I've tried both types of yeast; I think I like the nutritional yeast better, since it comes in flakes, which has a more "popcorn-y" consistency than the brewer's yeast, which is a powder, but they both work very well.

Nutritional brewers yeast
Turn a boring soup into a delicious meal. Nutty buttery flavor. Full body not cut with another formula. I've tried other brands and stopped buying nutritional brewers yeast..decided to give this one a try. I love the flavor.

Chock full of B-Vitamins
Recommended by a fellow weightlifter from about 15 years ago. I have to admit it supplements protein and BCAA's very well. The sustained energy throughout the day is noticeable, and the neutral flavor is excellent for mixing other ingredients. 4 out of 5 stars due to offensive odor.

Love it
I sprinkle this in the dry cat food and lightly coat it. It provides extra protein and vitamins. The cats love it. It's also supposed to helps to detour fleas as it changes the flavor of the animal eating it. In if that's true really because i buy flea collars for such purposes. Also I can use it for dough. Win win.

Bitter taste uncooked
Great quality for a great price! It definitely smells like cheese, but when baked into things you wouldn’t know it was there. I used it to add the “lactation benefits” to my food while I BF my little and I can say that it helped.
