I have been using for a little over a month now. I throw them in on the way to and from work. They hold up great, I can feel my jaw strengthening. Will definitely continue to use.

I bought for my husband for Christmas (for myself as well) I love them and have used them everyday. They definitely make a squeaky noise when using which can be like nails on a chalk board.if the sound of Styrofoam bothers you be weary. Other than that very happy for myself with this gift.

Only came with 1 carrying case and 4 customizable strips (online advertised as 4 carrying cases and 6 customizable strips). Very expensive for what you get.

After only using 2weeks the pink pop n go got a crack in the silicon

Love the product but after 3 1/2 weeks of daily use, 5 minutes morning and evening, I have chewed right through. Very disappointed considering the price of this product. I can no longer use the product.

I tried it but my teeth end up a bloody mess. All my gums start bleeding, and I don’t have cavities or bad gums or anything… so I was too concerned to keep trying this product
