Great product. Slick anti-stick, yet healthy.

The non-stick coating of this pan is very effective. I had a previous greenpan. Used it every day for two years. The coating eventually wore out. I purchased this replacement.

I’ve been buying Greenpan non stick pans for more than 5 years now. I find them durable and like that they are safe for use with metal utensils and are dishwasher safe too. One thing I’ve learned is to not use olive oil with these pans as I’ve read (and have found) that olive oil tends to create a residue that reduces the effectiveness of the non stick surface. I use avocado oil instead. My only issue is the size, 8 inches is great for making eggs for myself and even a few pieces of chicken or fish. But I’ll soon be buying the 10” pan because I often find myself wanting a little more room when I’m cooking

Nonstick functionality is great when new, after a few months of light use, eggs are sticking.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I won’t use “teflon” non-stick. I had a v1 GreenPan years ago, and it was so disappointing. I got a set of these frying pains in various sizes for my birthday then bought more. So far they are perfect after a few months. Even food that looks burned slides right off. Highly recommend hand washing. The stainless steel on this model adds class, looks, and a high-quality weight compared to other GreenPan models. Great buy. I bought the 5” GreenPan and loved the quality. This was a big disappointment. I returned it. The upper rim of the pan is rough and ragged with gouges and poor coverage of ceramic coating. The bottom and side of the inside of the pan are scratched and gouged going all the way through the ceramic coating.

Pan is flat, no crowning. Good size for side items. Induction stove compatable.

Do not overheat. Never use with metallic ustensils or clean with abrasive products. Always add a small quantity of oil before use.
