Thought i would give a review, this thing is amazing. Saved me from having to buy a new motherboard. I ran this on an AM3+ motherboard that had a total of 3 PCIE slots, both 16x / 1x total. (has old school pci slots lol) Either way that plus the 8 core amd bringing in some money! This allowed me to get 6 GPU's working just as good as the TB250. A++ to this product. For now.... I will report back if and when it ever dies! GPU's used 1070 G1's x6update still strong with 4 cards, mining speeds are top notch its been running non stop for 4 months no 0 issues.

USB ports inside the computer? Yes. For GPUs and mining
I was skeptical that an inexpensive card like this would let me add more GPUs to my mining rig but I figured I'd give it a shot. As you might have guessed by the 5-start rating my skepticism was undeserved. This thing works exactly as it should and my power bill is the worse for it.Hmmm... I wonder how many GPUs I can run on a single motherboard. Maybe I'll get one one of these cards for each of the 11 PCIe slots in a dedicated mining motherboard, take out a loan for the graphics cards, upgrade my house's power feed and air conditioning... Naaah. (But if you do that please post a comment here!)

works depending on your motherboard
I got it to work on an am3+ motherboard, but only allowing me to install a total of 6 gpus rather than a theoretical max of 8. each time I added more than 6 cards the motherboard threw an error code and the CMOS had to be cleared to move back down to six gpus. this is apparently not a problem with the adapter itself, since all slots could be filled on the splitter as long as the total number of cards on the board did not exceed 6.

Works well with 3 cards. Doesn’t post with 4 cards.
Only wanted to run 3 cards and computer refused to POST when 4th card was connected. Otherwise, it works well. I just wish I could use all 4 and have it work.

It works even with an old cheap generic mobo
Got it fast I am using it with a Dell 7010 motherboard with an i3 8gb ddr3 mining 24/7 it has two nvidia cards and a amd card with no issues. final verdict great buy.

I have two cards plugged into this as part of my eth mining system, and it hasn't skipped a beat in 4 months of mining using it.

Requires at least PCI-E 2.0 to work.
Please make sure your motherboard supports PCI-E 2.0 before purchasing these. You bunch of noobs!
