Lavazza ¡Tierra! for Planet Aluminum Capsules Compatible with Nespresso* Original Machines, Medium Espresso Roast, 100% Arabica (60 Capsules)

I’ve been ordering these pods for a couple years now and really do like the flavor. It does have a good deal of caffeine, but just the right amount for me. It does work really well in my Nespresso machine and I’m not had any issues with it disrupting my machine.

This espresso has a great flavor, especially for the price! I love that it's organic too, as that is something I'm always looking for when it comes to coffee. I was very disappointed when 2 of the boxes had several damaged pods, and I'm afraid to use them in my machine for fear of damaging it. These are also not returnable.. so I'm just out several pods. Unfortunately for me, they came in an amazon bubble mailer and not in a box, so they just got crushed. If they were shipping in a box I don't think they would've gotten damaged.

Update 6/10/25: Updating to 4-5 stars as I must have received 1 package (10 capsules) that were "no clue". As i opened the second packages it was completely different. As well, try to stay within 2-3oz for an espresso to get the best taste. Now i would say i would be it again, price/quality for nespresso capsule is good. Tried so far 3 capsules. Worst of all non-nespresso brand capsules. You get what you pay for, dark water... no flavor, no character. After so many good reviews, i thought to give it a try. Not my cup of coffee :)

Delicious coffee! I have a subscription and it always comes on time so I never run out. I also like that the pods are aluminum and recyclable.

This is now my go to for straight espresso. Of course it's great in lattes etc too. I've tried a good few different espressos at this point, by no means everything available, and this is my favorite. My palette: I usually don't care for too light or dark. I gravitate to a well balanced medium or medium-dark. If you are wanting something different from your usual to have on hand, this is also probably a great option to have if you usually get a dark or a well bodied light. If you are like me and appreciate tones that don't overwhelm each other and your go-to is about a 7-8 intensity with the occasional 9, this could be your espresso. If you couple this with the incredible price, it's pretty hard to beat. I'll update the pictures later with a glass that is less reflective.
