I am terrible for reading exact details before purchasing. I do it all too often, so I was so shocked when I got this and it was battery operated. The elephant itself is so cute for any child that loves elephants. I would say it's more geared towards younger children (under 5), but when you turn it on and it sings, the ears move. We were really pleased. I am always sceptical about buying soft toys online, but this didn't disappoint. I only gave it four stars because we haven't had it very long so I'm not able to give it a proper review including durability and longevity.

I purchased this toy elephant for my nephew for Christmas-although it came after the festive season, i checked it out and it was perfect.Its a cute singing elephant (which sings and talks in English)Though my nephew's too young to understand how this toy works; when he gets older, then he'll understand.If the toy had arrived on time i would of given it five stars,but i can only give it a four (photos will be provided shortly)

Ordered this before Christmas with hope it would arrive on time. Unfortunately due to issues with snow and Mr postman we was unable to receive this in time. Little disappointed but the customer service was brilliant contacting me to inform me of issues and doing what they could for us. This arrived yesterday and was definitely worth the wait my little girl loves it even my 5 year old son keeps playing peek a boo. Thank you again for all your help and putting a smile on my kids faces

We had a few problems with delivery and 1st item didnt work. They sent a replacement and the customer service we got was brilliant. We are very happy with the end result and product works brilliantly.

Actual toy is very good. The only problem was I ordered this for Christmas for my new grandson and it didn’t arrive until the middle of January.

I thought I was buying the GUND one but this is a rip off, I must have clicked the wrong item when I went to buy it. It works and is soft but it's horrifically loud. I'd return it but I'm not paying for shipping back to China.

A lovely elephantvtgat is so cute and adorable. The voice is a bit tape recorder like but the grandkids like it a lot. Adorability all round.
