HEALTH HAZARD!!! DONT BUY!!!
HEALTH HAZARD!!! DONT BUY !!! Worst chocolate powder I ever tasted. It's adulterated with something else. I had to throw out. I don't have any option to return as well. Worst taste and lowest quality.

I call out Forest found brand
What your images show Before mixing (first image): Cocoa powder is floating in clumps and not dissolving quickly Some particles are heavier and settle unevenly After mixing (second image): Liquid becomes uniform brown No obvious layer separation or chalky residue at the bottom No oily film floating on top Interpretation (practical, honest take) This result suggests: โ Likely decent-quality cocoa Pure cocoa powder is partially insoluble, so initial clumping is normal Eventually disperses with stirring โ what you're seeing No clear signs of starch/chalk (which would leave milky/cloudy residue) What adulteration would look like If it were adulterated, youโd typically see: Adulterant What you'd observe Starch/maida Thick, cloudy, almost โmilk-likeโ water Chalk/talc White residue settling at bottom Artificial color Water turns too dark instantly Added sugar Fully dissolves, no sediment at all Subtle observation in your sample Those small brown specks/clusters: Could just be natural cocoa solids But if they feel gritty when rubbed โ minor impurity or poor processing Final verdict ๐ Your sample looks mostly fine and usable Not ultra-premium, but not obviously adulterated either If you want a stronger test (next level) Try this quick upgrade test: Add cocoa to cold water Donโt stir for 2โ3 minutes Observe: Pure cocoa โ floats, slow dispersion Adulterated โ immediate sinking or cloudy spreading
