The pins need solder I had to return because my crimped couldn’t move the metal

Steer clear of 8 awg connectors
8awg... how are these even available for sale? These are not mc4 connectors. The material isnt crimping with normal mc4 connector crimper.

Did not work for me
Impossible to fit in 8AWG made by National Wire & Cable that are made in the USA. The wires are just too thick to fit in the MC4 sleeve.
