Bigjigs ToysFarmhouse Sorter

Bought this for my 8 month old, as we're starting to introduce farm animal names and sounds. I was concerned the animals were too small, but actually they seem fine for her age (here she is chewing on the dog, which is a out middle of the size range). Of course she can't use it as a shape shorter as yet but she can retrieve the animals from the barn (roof off) through the top gaps, which uses more dexterity than simply emptying a basket. And I'm introducing the concepts of 'in' and 'out' with these actions too. The toy seems well made, is bright and charming and should provide useful entertainment for several years!

I bought this for my granddaughter who is 10 months and she loves it. It is really well made and the animals are just the right size for little fingers. She likes to put them all in and out through the roof. As a toy it has lots of mileage as it would be challenging to get animals back in through the correct shape. I’m very happy with my purchase.

What a wonderful little farm! A great wooden toy for my granddaughter’s 1st birthday! She loves outing the animals inside then tipping them out. A useful carry handle too. The animals fit beautifully through the shape sorter holes. Delightful toy!

Lovely little wooden play set - it's a Christmas gift for my youngest grand daughter - I know she'll love it . Nice quality and no plastic involved! I know she'll love carrying the animals in the little barn from room to room.

My 14 month old niece is too young to push the shapes through the correct holes, but loves taking the roof off and dropping the animal shapes in and taking them out. She will learn about the sorting later, but it keeps her busy for ages. Lovely design and size and the nice bright animals are easy to pick up.

Lovely quality, well made and 10 month old is really enjoying a good chew of the wooden animals. I looked at a number of animal shape sorters and this was my favourite. Have not been disappointed!

Love this. It was bought as a 1st Birthday present. It is so well made and just the right size for a 1 year old and up to carry around. The little animals are lovely.
