This works pretty well when you work out, and you will feel a good workout. When you're done, remove it and let it dry as it seems to absorb smell. However, I wouldn't wear this 24/7 like a waist trimmer. It make me sweat more while not exercising. This might be a plus for some.I went on a long cardio heart rate run. Very minor, but after a hard workout, this vest is soaked. I felt that the workout was well worth it.

Lo pedí para mi esposo, y le ha sido muy útil. Buen precio y llegó rápido. Medidas normales a la ropa que acostumbras, chaleco que comprime y realmente genera calor. Puedes usar una playera debajo, para facilitar quitártelo después del ejercicio. No se maltrata al lavarlo. Cumple su función.
