Q: does this come in blue?

No but the Tough Armor has a gunmetal case that I got and looks good.

Q: Will this case make the phone lay flat on its back? I don't want any wobble or rocking because of the camera lens.

You are smarter than me because I didn't ask that question and ended up returning the case because of that issue. It's even worse, my camera bezels protruded past the case back by 1mm and made direct contact with the resting surface. Not only could it wobble but it could also scratch the bezels. I immediately started filling out the return form and found a better case. I have another one of these same liquid air cases for an older phone and I noticed that one that one has a raised ring around the camera bezel to prevent it from making direct contact with the resting service which is good. But alas neither of those two phones sits flat on its back do to the protruding rear cameras and rocks in a table/desk. So I ended up returning the liquid air and got the Tough Armor instead and I'm totally happy with that case. The phone sits flat on its back and all of the camera bezels sit sub flush and protected to the back surface of the case. Different phones might be slightly different but I think the Tough Armor should protect everything on the back of your phone at least it does on mine. And it's got a kick stand. Samsung A54 5G.
