Been using this stuff off and on for years, and when I'm on it, I feel a reduction of the swelling in my stomach, and generally have more of a pep in my step. When the bottles run out, I can usually go a few weeks without feeling symptoms again. The bottles no longer say "Anti-Inflammatory" on them probably due to legal reasons, but the effect on me is the same.
