Useful incremental weight for Lateral Raises
Useful incremental weight when you can't quite make the jump to the next usual weight up - I'm looking at you Lateral Raises!

Versatile
I use these on my adjustable dumbbells to get 2.5 lb on each one and they work great. You can put them and remove them easily. After some time of use , I even found that I can put them on my cable machine as well and they fit even better there. Would definitely recommend especially compared to the other options in the market. The spare elastic given is definitely a nice touch in case the existing one snaps which did not happen yet and hopefully won't.

Great economy fractional weights
For the price they are unbeatable. As others have said the elastic bands are replaceable and it does come with replacements already. I use it in my home gym but I could see myself purchasing a carry bag and taking them to a gym if I didnt have the home one. They are easy enough to switch out, but dont expect to be doing circuits with different weights on each exercise as that would certainly throw off the rhythm
