Many variations to use and chin strap position, which is a game changer for such a simple addition that most other neck pillows don't offer Noone likes their chin dropping to their chest while sleeping, especially completely upright. Since I don't travel, I can imagine this would be ideal for airplane, vehicle and bus travel as well since it has straps on the back to attach to a headrest if wanted/needed. The memory foam arrived WITHOUT ANY SMELL AT ALL! Many other neck pillows I have bought have arrived so stinky from the type of memory foam used that they ended up thrown out, but this one has absolutely NO SMELL from memory foam used! It goes around my neck well and the back part where ones neck is, the memory foam is super thin so it doesn't push your head forward like MANY neck pillows do! This supports in a natural position without pushing on your neck! HUGE PLUS!! It conforms to my neck and ears without being too tight or too loose. I position it sometimes to where the sides go up over my ears so it helps tremendously to reduce surrounding noises! Love that feature! Best of all, I finally have a PERFECT NECK PILLOW for my daily upright position sleeping needs!! Bought this on a black Friday sale. I travel a ton for work and really struggle to sleep on flights. This was on sale and had really good reviews so I gave it a shot. Its really comfortable, has a memory foam feel, can be worn different ways, stays in place and supports the neck. I used it on a 4 hour flight and actually slept twice! Once for over an hour and a second time for 30 minutes. Super happy with this purchase. It also rolls up and has a convenient carrying case that takes up very little space. Highly recommend this product.

After trying 4 other neck pillows over the years, I am really happy with this one. I love how it Velcros closed around the neck and it is tall and sturdy to provide the best head support I have found yet. I also love how it attaches to the headrest on most planes so that you can lean on it a little bit. No neck pillow provides perfect sleep, but this is the best one I have found! My husband and I both bought them for a redeye flight almost a year ago and I have taken it on several flights since. I am impressed with the Velcro’s durability and it is still very comfy.

This neck pillow was okay. I liked the firmness, but it was too high. It squishes my cheeks and ears, and I didn’t like this. If you are wearing earrings, it will be uncomfortable, and you definitely can’t use over-ear headphones. It was awkward even with in-ear headphones. Also, with the front strap attached, I found it a bit suffocating, like it was choking me. So I ended up not using the front strap, but the Velcro was secure, and the strap didn’t get in the way when attached. I did like that it has a flat back. My neck rested more comfortably. And it did roll up easily to fit into the portable bag it came with. I didn't try the seat straps. So, I can’t review that part. All in all, I really had high hopes for this neck pillow based on the reviews, but for me, it was just meh.

I hate travel pillows. I never sleep well on planes- if even at all. Always find travel pillows to be too bulky and uncomfortable. This pillow changed that for me. I had a red eye flight and needed something to support my neck. The pillow sat comfortably on my neck and I did not find it too hot (I am always hot). The chin strap is such a smart design. I didn't bother with attaching it to the seat back, so cannot comment on how well it works there. Did I sleep on the flight? No. But I was able to snuggle into this and watch a movie without neck pain or an annoying pillow moving around on me. The pillow was firm but not too firm and I was easily able to move the chin strap as needed. I washed the cover before use and it was simple to take off and put back on. It rolled easily back into its case. And I was happy to have the clip to be able to hang from my backpack as I moved around the airport. Overall super happy with my purchase.

I have to give this 5 stars because only after getting this pillow have I been able to sleep on long haul flights. There is no better feeling than waking up during landing and realizing you were out for hours. There are a few caveats though: - The pillow isn't magic by itself. You also need an eye mask and ear plugs or headphones with white noise. You may also want a regular travel pillow for your low back on very long flights. A pharmaceutical sleep aid doesnt hurt either. - The travel case is comically small. The pillow DOES fit but its not the part I look forward to. The zipper on my case broke and Cabeau sent a new one quickly and free of charge which was great. -The pillow is designed to fit around the already existing airplane seat headrests. If you on a flight where the plan doesnt have this (not many but it happened once) youre out of luck. The pillow straps could be wrapped around but would possibly block the IFE screen of the person behind you. -The sleep quality you get is not amazing, but it sure as hell beats being awake. The pillow is not necessarily like a traditional soft pillow - it is more like a firm neck brace that mimicks what lying down with neck support might feel like. Realistically with how uncomfortable planes are, this is the best you are going to get. It is well engineered and impressive considering I have never ever been able to sleep on a flight before. Get this, your other supplies, and a window seat and it's the best chance you have.

This pillow did very well for me on a couple of 8 and 9 hour overnight flights. It squishes well into the convenient little carrying case that comes with it (I was shocked it fit, actually), it's really soft and comfortable yet it is very strong support for holding your head up. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the chin strap is too far out (for my chin to reach, anyway), but I guess it helps hold the two ends in place, and the raised sides kept my mouth closed anyway. I slept well while wearing it, and if I had any doubt about how good it was, I dozed off at one point without it and woke up with a sore neck - I put it on anytime after that if I felt a snooze coming on!

Let's face it, it's difficult to sleep sitting. This neck pillow makes it somewhat easier, but it won't magically allow you to fall asleep. It's comfy and the back straps to hold you head back do work. It could be a little taller for me as my head still fell a bit too much to the side, but using it was way better than nothing. It's worth it if you travel a lot or have a long haul flight coming up.

The cushion is sturdy and does prevent the head from falling to the side and forward too. The only problem I have with this is that it does not allow for larger over-the-ear headphones as the side of the cushion pushes over the bottom of the ear where the headphones would normally extend to. The solution to this is to take the cushion out of the cushion case and cut out large chunks from the sponge where the headphones would be. The entire top area basically has a 5cm gap in it on both sides now. Also, cut the cushion case with scissors in those areas so that the cloth can push into those two holes. Now, the large headphones stays perfectly on my ear while I wear the cushion and from the outside one cannot see any of the area that was cut away. It still looks elegant. I took plenty of photos to upload here with this review, but as soon as I attach any photo to this review, the review gets stuck and I cannot submit it.
