After 2 months it just stopped working
The warrenty is not available they said 2 years but it's not even valid for 1 week. Lights are on but no heat and in Kerala sure if we can't get support from company butterfly I called Amazon & butterfly both no response Very bad support

Broken
The media could not be loaded. On opening the parcel this small yellow piece fell down. I cant find where its broken. Whole built is plastic . Very light plastic. And dial for great settings are very loose. And worst packing from seller.
