Have a spanner
Product arrived with the charging point damaged. The seat needs so many adjustments.The lights work fine and the size is reasonable for someone 6foot.The speed is what you’d expect and the primary thrust is sharp.The wheels are rather small which impacts the comfort.The look of the bike is smart and doesn’t weigh too much.If there wasn’t damage, this would be a great purchase. For £400, is reasonable for an E-bike of this nature.Supplier personally came and swapped the bike over which was kind.

Could be better...
Came in on time. Pedals and saddle are removed (i guess for more compact packaging), so you will need some tools to put it together. Tires Were not inflated. i have to look at the brake disks and calipers, as it looks like there is some intermitent friction when NOT braking. The size is more for a teenager that an adult (i have to get a saddle extender). The gearing ratio on pedaling is for slopes not for speed. Battery holds about 45 min on motor power alone. All in all i expected more from a 399 GPB purchase. Its the cheapest on Amazon and it shows it.
