We are a small US based business dedicated to fighting bad posture in the workplace, Don't let your posture be another casualty of the workplace! When to wear the back posture brace? Wear it over your clothes when you are working at your desk. You can wear this posture support brace under your clothes but is not recommended because the support brace will only be worn a few hours a day. Can I workout with my posture brace on? Wearing this while being active is not recommended because it simply wouldn't be very comfortable, the posture brace helps to hold the shoulders back and will limit your range of motion during activities. We sit at our desk enough that it makes sense to only wear it at your desk - especially considering sitting is when our posture tends to be the worst. Can I adjust the brace myself? Maybe but only if you are quite flexible. Our recommendation is that you have a friend help you adjust it the first time and then learn to slip it on and off by yourself. How do I use the brace? Wear it at your desk for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon, increase time by 15 minutes as it feels comfortable. It is normal for muscles in your upper back to feel like they are getting a work out as they re-learning how to hold your shoulders in good posture.
