What size of a footprint would be best for this tent?

one slightly smaller than the floor of the tent so water doesnt drip off the tent walls and pool.

Kelty makes a footprint for the 4-person Rumpus. Do they make a footprint for the 6-person Rumpus?

Yes, there is a Rumpus 6 footprint available.

Is this manufactured in China?

I have no idea. But we used the tent last week and it did great! We love the tent!

How difficult is it to,put up the Rumpus 4p with just one person?

Super Easy! One person can put this tent up in about 5 minutes during an unexpected cloud burst while getting pummeled by hail........
