I tried the NATURAL SANT Biotin Onion and Rosemary Shampoo and Treatment hoping it would help strengthen my hair and support hair growth. Unfortunately, it did not work well for my hair type. Every time I used it, my hair felt very hard and stiff when I applied the product, and it was difficult to manage. I like the idea of the natural ingredients like onion, rosemary, and biotin, and the scent is herbal and pleasant. However, I did not notice the softness or smoothness I expected. This product may work better for other hair types, but in my case it left my hair feeling dry and hard.

My daughter and I are loving it so far. We both have long fine hair- mine is straight hers is curly. It cleans very well and lathers amazingly. I can’t say I have noticed a lot of change yet; but I use this in addition to a few other shampoos as well. I use it 3 times a week. And always wash my hair twice. A little bit goes a long way for my hair. I love the small- it smells like Jolly Ranchers!! Will continue using it for sure. Also, some of the other reviews mentioned that it left their hair tangly. The conditioner is leave in. But some days I don’t use any at all and my hair isn’t tangly. But if I don’t blow it dry it is frizzy- but not any more so than when I use anything else. (And for reference, I also use Nixon, Kitsch Rice water, and Routine wellness shampoos as well)

I’ve been using this shampoo for about two months now. I have dry, dyed hair with frizz, and I originally bought this because I went through a surgery that caused significant hair loss. I was honestly desperate at that point, and while this shampoo is not a miracle product, it did help more than I expected. What I liked the most is that I noticed less hair fall and more shine fairly early on. My hair felt stronger overall, and the excessive shedding I was experiencing started to slow down, which is the main reason I’ve continued using it. It doesn’t smell like onion at all, which I really appreciate, and it feels gentle enough to use several times a week (I use it about 3 or 4 times weekly). That said, I didn’t give it 5 stars because it doesn’t clean deeply for my hair type. My scalp tends to look greasy faster when I use it, and my hair doesn’t stay clean for very long. This might work better for very dry scalps, but if you need a deep cleanse, this may fall short. Another confusing point is the conditioner when you read the instructions, it’s more of a leave in than a traditional rinse out conditioner, which isn’t very clear and can be frustrating. Overall, this shampoo helped me during a difficult period of hair loss, and for that I’m grateful. Hair growth takes time and patience, and this product supported that process, but it’s not perfect. I’ll keep using it for strengthening benefits, just not as my only shampoo.

The shampoo and treatment leave my hair feeling clean and soft, and the scent is pleasant. However, I didn’t notice significant results compared to other products I’ve tried. It’s a decent option, but there is room for improvement.

The leave in conditioner is good - I would get it by itself. Shampoo is honestly not great - doesn't really foam either.

Sooo unethical to make the claims they do. Very drying and did nothing else. Wayyyy overpriced. ☹️
