This has helped with regular back pain of tending to small children as well as for period discomfort! I love that it has several vibration modes and intensities to help depending on how my back is feeling. Great price for the quality! Many heat levels that are easily customized, and the battery lasts a long time. The e size of the heating pad as well as the strap are great and I feel it would fit many sizes with the elastic band. I haven’t used it long enough to comment about the auto shut off though.

This time is really easy to use, I'm not the biggest fan of the vibration so I can't say I use it for that but the heat is really nice. the charge doesn't last very long tho and it does take some time for it to charge back up.

I love this heating pad! I take it literally everywhere with me. So much so that people ask where it is when they don’t see me wearing it. Highly recommend.

I want to give this five stars. I really do. The heat is wonderful, can control the temperature, the battery life is actually better than I thought it’d be. It helps provide both pelvic pain and back pain relief (not at the same time). However, the device has a “hot spot.” There’s a piece that protrudes out a bit and gets seriously hot, like I could get burned, while the rest of the pad is cooler. Maybe mine just has a defect? I don’t know. It’s annoying though.

Used it once for a trip, It did heat up really hot when it was on for 5 minutes but barely held a charge, died quickly. Now a year later it won’t charge or turn on.

This is good given the price. Does what it's supposed to do. The charge lasts as described. The massage feature is good during pain.

It gets hot fast and is very good on staying on when walking around
