Good head gear.
Great baseline head gear for karate. It has an optional face shield that you can install. It takes a moment of patience to get on, but it wasn't that bad and took less than 5 minutes. Kids love them and the price is right.

Do not buy
The material arrived wrinkled in some cheap plastic bag. It was not easy to return. The product was made in China with some cheap foam.

helmet is very soft material and does not appear to be durable or sufficient for face protection

Arrived defected.
This would have been perfect, but when it arrived the face mask was adhered to the inside of the helmet sideways, I had to pull it out which then left a tear in the helmet. I retuned it after. Quality was great, but it didn’t arrive as pictured.
