I have been using Cats Claw since September 2019 and have not gotten sick! I did feel like I might be coming down with something after Thanksgiving but doubled up on my Zinc & Cats Claw and my symptoms were gone the next day. I have also giv ed n this to my son who is 9 and my daughter who is 17. The flavor is sweet and easy to digest. I take every night before bed.
