Clean way to combat arteriosclerosis
I’ve been taking 20,000 units of nattokinase daily for quite some time now. From what I’ve read, there’s research suggesting it may support cardiovascular health, which is what initially got me interested. Personally, I haven’t noticed any side effects at this dose.
