Updated review- still a good review, I'm updating it to a 5 stars though. You should know the pros and cons to these types of clothes. Scroll down if you don't want more info I think I helpful.. Before I get into that I'd like like to recommend (if you are using this because you have excess skin and some fat it's NOT a magic shirt to make you lose weight. It's to help keep things in place if you have lost weight and have that extra skin.) Getting a compression shirt and short combo (one peice). Those have its own pros and cons but that will help get you thru a work day MUCH better than these. I personally use this when I'm on my off day or know I won't be running and climbing up hills at work.. now with the pros and cons. PROS- -insanely comfortable (great for lounging around or low intense days) -sticks to your body very tight and won't show on most clothing. - goes well with compression underwear (different pros to havening two compression items) -great price Cons- -One peice (more slide-ability, can be somewhat fixed by getting compression underwear and tucking the shirt in.) Tips- I know it says not machine washable or dryable but if you don't sometimes I feel like it doesn't stay as elastic. Don't put it in the dryer all the time but when you feel it needing a tighten up just hand wash it and stick it in the dryer. It's cheap enough to buy more if it does degrade them but I haven't seen anything but benifit from it occasionaly I wish I could think of more cons lol. The only things I can think are bigger people who haven't lost the weight or not enough so it doesn't flatten and hold. That's just a sign for you to lose some weight. but I HIGHLY recommend buying this if you've lost a good portion of weight. I started at 400lbs and first got this at around 260. Now being down to 230 I don't see how I walked around without these items. If you can't afford the surgery this is the next best thing. Congrats on the weight loss! Old- Great if you have lost weight and need to keep everything in place. I still have weight to loose so I thought I would hold off but I decided to try it and see how it feels. Its not something that will make you look like you've lost 100 pounds but it will deffinently tone you out a little bit. If you're almost at your weight goal deffinently get this you won't regret it.

The quality of the material and the spandex percentage has been better than the other products in the similar category. The fit and finish also is comfortable as a workout training hear.

Love the undershirt just need to get larger size. It was tight and hard to get on. I am a large and in good shape, when I got it, it was a Medium/Large … so returning to get next size up

Bought this for my husband and he really likes it. It’s comfortable, provides solid compression, and gives a smoother, more streamlined look under shirts without feeling too restrictive. Great option if you want a little extra shaping and support.

I bought post surgery and it was one of the few garments that came in a small ( I can’t find xs ). This shirt does not have the support needed especially on the sides of my chest. I do not recommend this product.

I am not a paid influencer. I’m just a medium tall that got a beer. Gut because I focused on my career instead of my passion of running and working out. I decided to go with the large, which is more close to what my current body is and I’m glad I did. You know that these things do not burn fat they slim and they correct your posture and they make you look better in shirts. While you’re working towards getting your old body back. Don’t buy the size of what you used to be by the size that you are now. The large is for all the different types of products I bought are perfect for now. When I do the work, then I can start buying the mediums. So do not size down by your current size. Good value.

I used this instead of a normal undershirt for my tuxedo shirt at my wedding. Not only did it hide better under the white shirt but it kept me a lot cooler. I am pretty fit, but the compression felt great and kept my stomach flatter for photos. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this, but it was perfect.

I bought this same product in 2021 and it was fantastic. However I repurchased thesame item in 2025 and the quality has become so so poor.

Recieved, tried on.. No difference.. Just a man with a belly wearing a tight top.. Pointless

It does not help to slim or even at least compress your belly a little. It will just make you realize how fat you are, like a wakeup call to get some diet and exercise. The size fit properly but does not change anything. It actually makes it worse on a shirt. It will just fit tight and nothing else. Just use that money to sign up on a boxing class.
