Good plastic cover for external vent pipe
I confess I thought it was more than a piece of plastic to cover the toilet vent pipe, but this is what it is. Installed it with some silicone sealant and does the job.

Bought to replace a similar one that had broken. Fortunately this fitted the existing hole perfectly without the need to drill additional holes. Plastic is a reasonable quality. My only real gripe is that the faintest of knocks tends to cause the front piece to fall off as it's only attached by small plastic clips (which is the same issue I had with the original and that is what broke in the end).

Working well so far and the cover stays on.
It is doing the job it is intended to do. The cover seems to be sturdy enough and so far stays on the mount. The mount could be stronger or maybe a steel bezel inside to spread the load from the screws. It works, just not sure it will have a long life against the siding. The bars at the opening are quite weak but seem to be strong enough to keep birds out. (my main concern). It will not stop 4 legged animals. If you need that go with a steel unit.
