Good quality. Makes nice bread.
Good quality. Bought this as it hasn't been messed with (no additives) like so much of our food is these days. I use it to make bread in my slow cooker. Its lovely.

No refunds even if it arrives burst open, and most recent batch was contaminated.
Decent einkorn flour, makes good soda bread and muffins. But the bag isn't very resilient, and if it arrives burst open and spilled inside the box, it isn't eligible for return. ETA: Removed another star, because the most recent bag I was sent arrived contaminated with pantry moth larvae.

I was disappointed as the expiry date was 2 days after I received it so I had to throw it away before I could use it - complete waste of money
