Do these stick to your feet when you take your showes off? I do not wear socks

Hello! They do not sick to your feet. You can use them for different shoes. They slide in and out easily. I do not wear socks either. I have used them all summer with no issues. Hope this helps.

Do I need to remove the existing insoles or will these sit right on top? Thank you!
