Tasty little mints which help dry mouth. They can be used after you brush your teeth bc no sugar!

Great little mints!
I use these mints often - I have extensive dental work so gum is not an option. One or two of them take care of any breath concerns. I will not be without them. Plus, no sugar! And very few calories.

Our teeth feel and look better now
I think I’ve ordered about 4 of these now. The mint flavor is a bit unusual, and the flavor is a little inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes more like a regular mint, and sometimes…not. I guess that’s the birch flavor. My kids don’t like it though. Now, the berry flavor seems to cover up that unusual flavor, or at least complement it so well that we can’t tell that it’s there. We all enjoy it very much, and I often think there’s no way something that tastes this good is okay after brushing…but it is! One of my kids’ teeth were so dull and a bit yellow. They’re always shiny now and the tone has lightened noticeably. My eldest had very sensitive gums and teeth, and she brushed poorly because of that. Now, they’re completely better and she brushes like she should. I tried different brushes, toothpastes (mostly ones with xylitol), oral probiotics, and regular probiotics. The toothpaste we currently use is the first one to actually help my teeth, but it wasn’t enough by itself for everything we had going on in our mouths. I watched videos by a dentist and she couldn’t talk enough about xylitol. That’s why I searched for xylitol mints. I’m so glad I found these. We were on the right track. We just needed more xylitol. We take these after brushing at night. I determined the dosage that works for each of us based on the results we got. So, for example, I was taking 3, but I noticed after a month that I still had sensitivity, so I increased it to 4. Some sources may say that’s not enough, but too much of a good thing… I’d rather be safe than sorry.

No weird after taste. I like the peppermint flavor. Strong enough but not too much.
