CHEWABLE INCASE YOU DIDNT NOTICE - but it doesn't absorb as well as a powder pill. I have to eat 3 or 4 at a time.

Really bad stomach pains
Icky taste that's tolerable, but I don't look forward to taking it. Also caused really bad stomach problems every day I've taken it. Not sure of it's effectiveness on mood since it's only been 5 days, but the stomach pain isn't worth it! Possibly the xylitol? I've used a different brand of 5htp in the past in gummy form from another brand and no issues. Requested a refund and not taking this anymore! Ugh
