Gabbiano Genova 3 Piece Expandable Hardside Spinner Luggage Set

EXCELLENT set of suitcases! Lightweight and sturdy. We have taken them on international travel and they held up wonderfully! We actually ended up buying a second set since we were so pleased with the first set. Well made and easy to handle. I would highly recommend this set.

I bought a three set Gabbiano luggage and even registered them with the company and made sure to keep my invoice/receipt because of the reviews I read! The bags look study in the pictures but they are quite flimsy in person. They definitely don’t feel like they would last an international trip and may not even be able to land a cross country trip! I got maybe two-three uses out of it and the entire wheel corners broke off. Their warranty form is just leaving your name and phone number in hopes that someone will reach out to you but they absolutely do not! I have put in 5 requests and even tried calling their number and still no response. Additionally when reading their policy you have to PAY for them to fix things that are covered under the warranty with the minimum being $25-$27. DO NOT BUY!!!! I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this product. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Preforming well until the middle size 25" had one wheel and its plastic support ripped off walking it down a sidewalk. Only used a few times.The company does not make it easy to repair and really hard to get them to offer the warranty. Saying they will only if I have a copy of the warranty card not just the receipt of purchase. They have not responded at all to my request for further instructions way past their standard one week posted wait time for support. I guess will we see how they handle it if at all. Not fun traveling with a 3 wheeled suitcase....

Bad...There were noticable scratches and a huge dent in one of the corners from the first trip I took these babies on. The handles don't feel too sturdy and are a but wobbley but work fine. The color isn't as glossy as I expected.Pros...This set is pretty. I got the champagne color. The wheels roll nicely and there is a ton of space inside. The extra pockets help with organization and it has zipper closures to separate both compartments.

When we first got the luggage, I was a little leery on how well it would hold up on our international flight. We ended up loving this set! It's much lighter than our previous Samsonite set and is the main reason we bought it. Yes, it shows wear and tear, but our experience is that no luggage is going to look brand new after its first trip. There are no major issues with wear, and the luggage held up well. The wells work great on multiple surfaces too. I also love how much better organized this luggage helps keep everything. We've never had a luggage set that had zip compartments for each side of the luggage. It made a huge difference with organizing all of the clothing, shoes, accessories, etc for our 4-person family for a weeklong trip. Can't beat the price!One note: we did have to pop the pull on the smallest bag. We made the mistake of not setting a new combination for each lock. Well, my son played with the reset button, spun the numbers around and then let go of the reset. He then immediately moved the numbers again so we have no idea what new combination he set. We've tried hacking it with no luck. It's a fluke, but something to consider if you're considering any luggage with these combination locks. Popping the pull doesn't affect the zipper or being able to use the luggage so it's not enough of a problem to justify returning the set especially at the price.

Great set! Just took my first flight with them and they held up great! I love the expansion ability. Got tons of stuff in my carry-on!

The suitcase wheel area cracked while walking it, I tried for 6 months to get help from various customer service paths. No one ever helped, cared, responded. It was the most bizarre experience that made me wonder if the whole company is a scam. I had a skyway rip and they mailed me a new suitcase nooo problem- stood by warranty. This company does not
