A bit of a faff to get towels folded properly but worth it
Towels look good once folded nicely. Very pleased because you can put it anywhere and no tools needed or drilling required

It was to long to fit in my recess took the top part off and took the rubber feet off and put them on looks fab

I love it, it was easy to put together and it saves lots of space in my room!

Not Impressed
Received in good time and was heavier than expected, the box contains all the parts to put together. Instructions were difficult to understand at first, had to read twice, easy to put the poles together but OMG trying the put the wooden slats is almost impossible with the flimsy tool they supply, I have had to buy new screws and borrow a drill to put it together, looks okay but for the price i could have got one already assembled from a high street store.

Inside the box the product was missing key components required to install it. Therefore it was unusable.
