This is definitely not for every girl. I think this can be very useful but it just wasn't for me. I thought perhaps it was meant for a woman with a larger chest. All I know is that even after several adjustments it was still very uncomfortable for me. I definitely don't like the thought of a loaded gun that close to my chest either. So sending mine back. I think this could be a good buy for a woman with a small, light gun.
