Hockey is it suitable

Yes, the should be fine for hockey but depending on whether it's 'field' hockey, or ice hockey I'd check with SISU as to which size and thickness of guard you will need. They responded to me came within a few hours. My boys have slightly thicker ones for rugby and they are brilliant. go to SISU website and explain what sport you are playing and the age of the wearer and they will advise. There's a step by step guide on the website to show you how to fit 😀
