Pure and unadulterated
It’s a great product. Tried many other Kokum in the market but this is the real deal. You can use it to make a sherbet and just a teller bit is enough since it’s a pure concentrate. Or in curries. I make delicious solkadi with it

Nice souring agent. Used in dal gives nice taste also very useful for acidity related problems.

Too tangy
I used ti make kokum extract by myself hence i can say there is almost no sugar used while extracting the syrup which makes it more tangy and adding additional sugar does not seem to work With the price bottle should be of other material than plastice , costly for the price
