Nice quality but gold looks a little cheap. So far so good.

Looks very cheap and ugly! Had to send it back.

Very pretty, but it broke after three days wear. I cannot return it because I threw away the packaging.

It’s okay but looks cheap.

We like the pendant and the fact that we can move it to a more substantial necklace. The necklace is very delicate, but was was infuriating is that it came tangled and knotted. After three of us tried to undo the knots we were ready to send it back, until I set down armed with patience, a magnifying lens and a tooth pick and it wasn't easy or quick either. We shouldn't have to do that right out of the box.

The sparkle is brilliant and the crystal ball falls perfectly, however the shipping leaves something to be desired. It arrived and I planned to wear it the next day for an event. However, when I opened it to put it on, I found that the chain was extremely tangled and knotted. My daughter and I spent approximately one hour trying to untangle it. We gave up and I had to wear something else for the event. That evening we spent another 1/2 hour or so and finally got the chain untangled. I love the item but was very disappointed with its condition on arrival.

Absolutely stunning!!!

It was as described. I got it to replace my existing sterling silver chain. Unfortunately, chain tarnished within a week wear. The colour is now dark brown. I've cleaned it but no sign of improvement. I do not recommend it,

i bought this as a gift and it came way before it should have:) which was nice but its not as shownthe first problem is the actual element is not gold its white plastic with gold end piecessecond is the crystals are kinds spaced oddly in the one spotMINE IS SCRATCHED on one side on the goldand the chain although a nice look is cheapmine came in a very nice box though:) unlike some in reviewsAlthough u dont lik eit it is a gift and i think she will..... but i cannot order another to replace as its out of stock...

Nice and delicate - exactly as shown on the website.*This was my previous review, when I received it. However, time changes your mind - as the product changed colour. I kept the necklace in my jewelry box (not touching other pieces, as the box has partitions). It turned colour to a reddish/ copper tone. It didn’t come in contact with my skin or skin oils, moisturizer or perfume. I cleaned it in a few cycles (yes, I have the proper machine and solution) but it still looks oxidized and reddish. Poor quality... I would buy it again.
