Simple instructions , easily understood

I bought my first sewing machine about 3 years ago - a fancier model since I wanted to try both making clothes and some simpler quilting - and have felt utterly intimidated by it which led to me only doing some simpler projects rather than using its many functions, looking to the internet for tips I needed for specific projects. Did some research before getting a book and am so happy with my choice! The information is concise enough not to be intimidating to a beginner, but there's still enough information and extra tips that I don't have to go look for extra instructions elsewhere. The projects are all fun and useable, and teaches so many different techniques. It's also laid out in a way that feels like it will be a good guide to refer back to when I need a refresher for certain techniques!
