Essential when you have 5 big dogs that are hyper and play rough. Stops minor bleeding and cuts quickly. As always this isn't a cure, still see a doctor. It can still bleeding internally, and sealing the wound can be misleading.

My husband PROBABLY should have gotten stiches but he always wants a quick fix. So he bought this and used it but did also have to use some bandages over it, so which actually helped his wound, I don’t know.

While I haven’t needed to use the seal-it for my dog, I accidentally “quicked” a nail when clipping it. I had no Quick stop and felt helpless to stop the instant bleeding. I ordered Seal-it from Amazon and am much relieved to know that I now have the ability to treat such an injury immediately. Peace of mind is a great thing!!

Used this on my Bull dogs cork screw tail, he has a sore deep under his tail pocket I’m battling to get healed . I’m looking for something to “seal” the small ulcer long enough for it to heal and close on its own . This stuff states it seals wounds , but it literally just went on like a toothpaste and did nothing , didn’t seal , didn’t harder , didn’t create any protective barrier . Will be returning and looking for liquid bandaid. This stuff was a waste of money .
