this came in very good shape, just like brand new, no scratches or marks. It also runs very smoothly! Its price is very affordable, I was using this for a replacement for my old ipad and this was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised with this product.

Terrible experience. Do NOT buy from this seller. When the iPad arrived, it looked decent at first glance — the only visible issues were scratches all around the edges, which I decided to overlook since what mattered most to me was whether the device actually worked. After about a week of use, things started going downhill fast. The device began overheating severely during normal use, the battery life was terrible, and it could barely hold a charge. But the worst was yet to come. One day I noticed my hands and fingers were covered in black marks and I had no idea where they were coming from. That’s when I looked at the back of the iPad and found it completely covered in black residue — and when I ran my hand across it, the coating just came right off onto my skin. This is completely unacceptable. The device was clearly in poor condition before it was sold. For the price I paid, I expected something that at least functioned properly. This was a waste of money and I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this seller. I am returning it immediately.

This was supposed to be a preowned ipad but I can't find one scrach. The battery lasts a long time. The screen is perfect. Every function works as good as new. This 5th gen air is far better than expected at a great price. The M1 chip will be getting new iOS updates for a long time. Thank you Amazon.

So just a disclaimer, if the charger that came with the ipad isn’t charging the ipad correctly, you’ll need and apple brand charger. The charger that comes with it isn’t an apple charger and may not be sufficient to get it charged up. Once i used an apple brand charger it turned on. Besides that everything is great! Condition is excellent as described.

I'm so happy with this purchase! The description said it was in excellent condition but to be honest it looked brand new. I only found a small scratch on the back, and even then, I only noticed it when I shined a flashlight on it. It's a lot less purple than I thought it would be though, so if you're wanting a beautiful purple color... uh, it's not going to meet your expectations there. I've never had an Apple product before, but this is such a gorgeous tablet. The screen is so beautiful, the resolution of the screen is very ideal for note taking or drawing and you can customize to your liking. If I had more money, I definitely would have invested in one with bigger storage to use it more casually. My needs are strictly for notes so I was fine to trade off storage for better bang for my buck. If you're worried about running out of space, just invest in an external drive. Unfortunately, it does not come with a screen protector. I'm slightly disappointed about that, but at least I can choose what kind of screen protector I want. It doesn't come with an Apple pencil, but the description had no mention of a stylus so definitely don't expect one. It did come with a charger though, so make sure you charge your tablet first before using it. The tablet runs very smoothly, although I haven't used it too much just yet. I imagine it'll keep running smooth like butter though. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Hopefully you will too.

This iPad has great quality and isn’t glitching or anything bad. It’s not slow with internet or WiFi. It downloads apps greatly and has good storage.

It said it was out for delivery for 3 days… had to be shipped back to the warehouse twice…

Excelente viene como nuevo, vale la pena ahorrar lo que se va a devaluar. Solo el cable no funcionó porque era copia pero nada que no se pueda reponer. Cero rayas. Perfecto.
