Product as described, but not worth the expense
I ordered these to see if they provided a better solution for those irregular distances between stakes. And they do work, though i wish there was a greater range available to them. In areas that were either to big or too small for these, my go to solution has always been to use regular 12 ga copper wire from romex I have removed or left overs - and typically just use the neutral (white) wire for visibility. While that provides the right distance, the wire really does not resist compression and serves more as a branch support. This product does provide that, but at this price point and for its limited range of adjustability, I can’t recommend them, but the product makes no promises that it doesn’t deliver on. So the 4 star rating...the product does what it says it will, but I can’t justify the value/function proposition. Next year I will try again to keep all my tomato stages in equilateral triangles or squares, and once again when one becomes out of place look for a solution.

Great simple design
It is a great design (sliding along "rails" with notches to set different lengths) and it seems durable enough for my purposes, but unfortunately they are not long enough for my particular application. I wanted to use them for my tower garden. I purchased 4ft stakes to make a cage for my cherry tomatoes, but unfortunately these arms are too short even when extended all the way. I think I found a way to make them longer by cutting the "stops" at one end then taking one side from another arm and sliding it in, which should make the length perfect for my tower garden (if I measured correctly), but I still need to purchase a Dremel or file to grind that sucker down. Not sure if it'll work, but what's life without a little bit of challenge...right? This is nothing negative about the product though.

Bracket is good concept, a couple broke
I was happy to order these brackets for my Ultomato stakes. The tomatoes sometimes need a little more "give" at times to allow proper ventilation/air flow and in flexibility in areas plant is a little fuller.Unfortunately 2 of the brackets snapped apart rather than simply allow some extra give.I really love this Ultomato system. Being able to move brackets helps support the plant early on and move up as it grows. It also allows me open by popping off bracket on one side or both for easier access to pick when ready.

Expandable
Being able to extend comes in handy. However, adjusting it is a bit cumbersome. And the price was higher than in big box stores (but they were all out of stock locally).

Nice alternative to the set length side pieces.
I plant all my vegetables in raised beds and then use these plant supports to support and "fence in" large plants such as raspberries. With these flexible length arms I can now set the raspberry fences to the width and length of their beds. My only complaints are that I would like to see a longer length range and they are a bit weak.

Weren't much longer than fixed arms
I bought these to supplement the fixed style that I bought locally with the stakes. The ones that came with the stakes were 12" center to center (of the round snap end). These expand to 13.5" (center to center) and collapse to 10". When I bought them I didn't realize that they were less than 2" longer than the ones that I had bought locally and were less expensive. I would not buy them again.

Not a Strong Enough Joining
I had been using the non-expandable arms and they were okay, although they bend easily. These are even less supportive because of the design of the connection. And if you have to use them on the last notch, as I did, they hold, but not without a lot of bending.

Work as described
Worked great for my bean plants this year. I put these between two green poles I got from one of the big box stores. They hold their location and adjust well.I like the flexibility
