Perfect except it's not universal
I love the style of this ear piece, with the separated wires for input and output (most styles have these 2 wires glued together). Unfortunately it doesn't work with Samcom radios so I'm unable to use it

Incorrect item description and tagging
I order the 2 way radio earpiece. I received the one way listen only earpiece. I submitted for a replacement, and the second delivered was also the one way listen only earpiece. Both are labeled as the 2 way. I've normally never had any issues with decibullz. Its otherwise a great brand, decent prices, and great customer service. However, im not impressed with this recent order.

Not a Standard Fit for Kenwood Radios
I was pretty disappointed with the Decibullz Two-Way Surveillance Acoustic Tube Headset. The product description didn’t provide enough important details, especially when it comes to dimensions and which radio models it’s actually compatible with. That made it difficult to know if it would work for my setup before ordering. Customer service did respond in a timely manner, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the resolution wasn’t helpful and didn’t solve the issue. In the end, I had to return the item, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, it might work for some people, but the lack of clear information and limited support made this a poor experience for me.
