Its takes a little time but its thr best product I have found for him
Very heartfelt and honest review. My Scottish fold had liver issues. He was normally very active and played all the time. He didnt want to eat or play. He lost a lot of weight. I read so many reviews on so many products. I have spent hundrends on products that didnt work. Not to be dramatic but this did and is saying his life. For 4 or 5 months he was going downhill and I was really trying to decide what was best for him. I tried so many different things and nothing worked. I thought it was time to say goodbye. I figure giving one more product a shot woudlnt hurt. Hes been taking this daily for about 4 months now. It takes some time. About a month and half for him. He is eating he has gained the weight back. he is playing. he is happy. This pill is smaller than most that are similar. I use a pill shooter I got from Amazon and it makes it easier. If you have a cat with liver issues dont wait. Dont look for another product. Try this. It will take some time to get in his system and help the toxins. This product works. I am sitting here watching my cat jump around and run and play that just a few months ago he would only eat if I hand fed him. Get this. Use it for a month. Its worth every penny.

Protect the liver!
Denamarin has been successful in reducing my dog’s elevated liver enzymes, which resulted from years of taking daily anti-epileptic drugs (phenobarbital, topiramate). His ALP was 1426 before and is now in the low 400s. A significant improvement. I purchase the pill form, not the chewable tablet and have been getting it delivered monthly using subscribe and save for the past three years now. Never any issues with delivery or it being out of stock. It’s about the same price as it would be from chewy. The pills are a quite large for a small dog but he has no issues swallowing them. I give it to him right before I go to sleep around 11pm. Even though it’s supposed to be given on an empty stomach for optimal absorption, I follow up with a cucumber slice or blueberry- something juicy to help it go down. Many dogs have trouble taking pills, so some hide it inside food then they spit it out, and it becomes a whole song and dance. I find the best way is to open their mouth and drop it down the back of their throat. Sometimes easier said than done though.

Saved my dog by lowering liver enzyme levels
I have a Chihuahua and he seemed to be crying all the time. I thought that that was just what Chihuahuas do. I ended up taking him to the vet and she was amazing and ended up running bloodwork and finding a liver issue. She suggested this specific medication and I am so grateful that we were able to find it on the Amazon platform. We were able to give it to my dog for 30 days and his liver enzyme levels were able to decrease and he was able to have his dental surgery as planned. We’re so thankful that we were able to get this at a lower cost here than at the vets office. For reference my dog is 6 pounds and he swallowed the pills every day when they were put in a pill pocket or treat. Definitely great value for the money.

Same thing that you get from Vet
Same thing that you get from the veterinary office though still about the same cost. Good for old dogs with liver issues. NOT chewable, you will have to wrap something around it or your dog will just spit it out.

Vet recommended at a non vet price.
Outstanding liver support product for dogs. Surprised to see it on Amazon at a significantly lower price than my vets. Dogs tend to not like the taste, so consider using pill pockets. Pills are long ovals and can be split in half. (As can the pill pockets) Good proven supplement with great price.
