Great value, fits with Lego brand Legos, but buy a pack of double As also

I was worried ordering this stuff off Amazon, I figured the sizing would be slightly off and be loose compared to original stuff. But this kit is spot on perfect fit, and everything is tight. I’m pretty sure these may be true original technic pieces, because one of the bags had a number on it like when you put together the preassembled kits.

Our 9 year old son is surely going to become an engineer someday. He spends most of his spare time building machines or watching videos that give him ideas of more things to build. This Lego Technics set has a lot of items that he can build with. He has already constructed a crawler, similar to a bulldozer, a 4 wheel drive truck, and several other contraptions that amuse him. The quality is exactly what we expected from Lego. These toys last for years if taken care of, and there are so many other items that can be bought to compliment them. At the present time we have several other items ordered that will allow him to make even more complicated toys. What a great learning set this is! We love to watch our young son having fun and learning something at the same time that hopefully will help him to get a great job someday. The toy in the picture is a combination 4 wheel drive but has a crawler track behind. Everything is powered, so it will travel on different terrains.

First off, there are so many pieces here, and this is so much more affordable than brand name options, that I don't feel I have a lot of room to complain.However, some of the choices here were a little strange, I don't think it was assembled by someone who builds. There is no motor. There are a lot of gears but not enough wheels. And all the pieces are small pieces, making it difficult for larger builds.Also, the colors are slightly different than pictured, and some don't really match the Technic colors. But all the promised pieces seem to be here.Having said that, this is still a great value for what you get. It's just a crazy number of pieces. And the quality seems to be on par with the brand name. Plastic snaps together firmly. 4.5 stars

Good for having options for building and being creative.

Great price and lots of pieces for my little one who is interested with robotics.

Some of this is on me but the pics are misleading. Just look and read what ACTUALLY comes in this kit.
