I found this to be a very well thought out product containing the best combination clean, fresh, calming and sleep assisting ingredients without the unpredictable instability of melatonin.

So far they seem to be working. They help with mood, pain, and sleep. The value for the money isn't to bad. The pills are not that big so they are notbthat hard to swallow.

If I take these religiously, I believe I do feel a slightly calming affects. I did not know that gabba could not cross the blood brain barrier, unless it is compounded with niacin. You can’t just take niacin and this product must be compounded in a pharmacy. If you look online, you’ll find a product that has done that for you already and will cross the blood brain barrier.

It’s important to note one should not use neutraceuticals without a doctor or pharmacist’s input. This supplement can interact with serotonin and dopamine agonists and should be discussed with your physician or primary pharmacist prior to use. That said, if one of these professionals signs off on this supplement, it’s highly effective at combating the Winter Blues.

I had a really horrible reaction to this supplement. I only took one instead of three because I tend to need less of things because I’m small. But this knocked me for a loop. I got horrible headaches and terrible dreams. I was totally out of it for almost 12 hours. I got ridiculously sad and depressed. Please be very careful with this drug. It is a strong combination of a lot of different things and some of them should not be put together in the same product. I should’ve done more research before I ordered it because I cannot return it and now I’m stuck with $50 worth of a supplement that my body can’t metabolize. It was very scary experience. I hope nobody else has it.
