Well impressed
I am glad a paid for the metal versions! I have seen a few cheap plastic ones and the reviews weren’t great.These are great for fitting cupboard doors, levelling washing machines. I have even used them to fit a radiator to the wall. An excellent second pair of hands when you are working on your own.

Lifter review
For the price you pay they ain’t bad. Ok for light stuff but not so good with heavier/ bulky stuff like big fridge freezers. That said you’re going to pay £100 for one if you buy Stanley/ De Walt lifters so fairly good value.

They are very well made and sturdy.

An obvious copy of a branded item but nowhere near as good
OK, the branded item is about twice as expensive, but these just don't provide the mechanical advantage that is required to use them in earnest. I wanted them for spreading a couple of boards and they just didn't have the guts to do the job. I ended up sending them back to Amazon for a refund.

Release button / lever bent on first use, returned for refund. Will buy the proper Viking lifters next time, these are probably ok for light duty DIY use.
