Bad product
I purchased an Orient Electric fan from Amazon, and it is still under warranty. Recently, the product developed a complaint, and I contacted your service team for repair. However, the technician informed me that service cannot be provided because the product was purchased from Amazon. I would like to bring to your attention that this is not acceptable, as a valid purchase invoice is available, and warranty should be honored regardless of whether the product was bought online or from a retail store. Due to this issue, I am facing inconvenience and financial loss. I request you to kindly arrange proper service or replacement at the earliest.

Product Finishing & esthetics, gaps in the painting.
Medium Quality Product, could be better if improved. Especially the esthetics and product finishing looks. Paint & overall finishing on the Fan needs improvement. Product received had paint fade outs and patches on the sides of central motor section.

Very old renowned brand providing little decorative fan at reasonable price.Bottom canopy is small and can not hide the capacitor fully.Canopy remains tilted. I bought 4 fans but why their logo on top canopy is of different colours.Speed is good
