アルミでノンスティック、熱伝導、こびり着き軽減、どちらも普通に良好。目玉焼きはスキレットの様なふっくらとした焼き上がりにはなりませんしソーセージはパリッとした歯ごたえに焼き上がりはしません。でも普通に焼けます。アウトドアで使う道具に何をどこまで求めるかです。不足はないと私は思う。
