Fantastic knife
Fantastic knife. Incredibly sharp out the box sliced through the palm of my hand within a minute of using it. Super grippy handle is useful with wet hands/meat and curved blade helps with boning and butchering. The knife is strong with a good amount of flex to help curve the knife to your needs
