Nice and easy to wear
It’s been a god send with the awful weather that we’re having. Lightweight so easy over your normal coat to wear. Could do with a few more press studs down the sides. Folds up nice and compact so tucks away. Needed it for putting the stock away at night. Really happy

High quality, low cost!
Thick, strong material means it probably isn't as lightweight as some others but will certainly make it both waterproof and windproof both as a poncho and an emergency tarp. Grommets in all four corners allow you to tie it down as a tarp and press stud buttons along the sides allow you to create sleeves while wearing it as a poncho. As I said, this is made from a heavier than usual waterproof fabric but it doesn't feel oppressively heavy while wearing it. Comes in a nice strong zip-up bag that would fit in a backpack, shopping bag or briefcase depending on whether you are taking it on a hike, while shopping or to and from work. Very good value for money.

Very heavy to carry around
I actually returned this as I bought it for a theme park holiday but it is too heavy to lug around as I had bought one for each of my children. However if you want it for sitting on or as a shelter or protection in terrible weather it’s a great product. Just too heavy to carry around in case of a shower

This rocks
As a woman I bought this to take out my little scooter. It's saved me on many occasions. It's big enough to cover the scooters controls so they don't get wet. If I'm cold it fastens to keep in the heat. It was a cheaper option than one of the rain covers for a mobility scooter which to me are rather dangerous as they can get caught in the wheels. This I can use as a coat, as a poncho, something to cover me and Red Dwarf (my bright red mobility scooter) and it looks cool too. Everyone should own one of these. My only niggle is the pocket on the front has ripped several times but I fixed it with a little super glue then I stitched it.

very waterproof
very waterproof material indeed. It’s a great size. Will come right down to your lower shins (I’m 5ft 10”) it also keeps the wind off too and acts to retain just enough heat to keep you warm but as it’s very airy you don’t sweat overly, I pack this every time I head into the mountains now. Almost feels like your own personal tent when it’s heavily raining and i sit down on the trail so it spreads out on the ground and i’m safe inside with the hood up, the only disadvantage I could find was if it’s very windy it can blow about slightly but not enough to let the rain in as the material is pretty heavy. I would recommend to anyone who is in the outdoors often, just a great item to have.

Very heavy- poor quality bag
Great poncho. Used it at a festival. Kept me dry and warm as it’s good against the wind. However the bag it came in was poor quality. The handle of the bag fell off and zip broke.

Great camping/backpacking poncho
This poncho is spot on. I've tested it as a tarp👍 as a ground sheet👍 and as a rain cape over me and over a backpack👍 and it's little bag it comes in can be used to stow it once the rain has stopped and keep the wet poncho away from your dry clothes as it's made out of the same material. I'm going to take this on my trip to SE Asia.

Does the job well, just a bit bulky
Used this a couple of times in proper rain and it kept me dry without any issues. The material feels tough and properly waterproof, with sealed seams that stop water getting through. It’s also handy that you can use it as more than just a poncho—can double up as a ground sheet or basic shelter if needed, which is useful for camping or fishing trips. Only downside is it’s a bit on the bulky side and not the most breathable, so it can feel a bit warm if you’re moving around a lot. Overall though, solid bit of kit for the price and good to have in your bag when the weather turns.
