Lovely wooden solitaire game. Takes me back to my childhood. Hoping to get my grandchildren interested.

Most young people will never have seen this exquisite item. Beautifully made and brilliantly packaged, it will provide hours of concentration and fun. I bought it for an older person, but on reflection it would be a great gift for a young person as it would be a welcome break from screens! Travels well, too. Just slip it in your bag to keep bored children occupied whenever and wherever - car, restaurant, waiting room. Great price, too.

I bought this for my children for when we travel. I had a plastic version as a child & the appeal here is that the Solitaire game is made of wood. I will purchase more as gifts for other children as the presentation is fantastic. Received in a lovely box tied with a bow, a gift card from the company requesting you contact them if any issues (there are no issues) and also written instructions how to play the game. The game is well made and looks like it will accompany us on many holidays. This is a fantastic purchase & I will certainly look at other products from this company.

Wanted this game years and years ago when I was a child, but was not fortunate enough to own many toys or games, so thought I would treat myself during my shielding for something to keep me amused. It is a good little time waster well made and compact. Very pleased with this item.

Purchased as a Christmas present and was very gratefully received. Good quality wooden game that I hope will last a very long time. Great size and easy to use for all ages.

We looked at all what is on offer and decided that this looked quite good, in fact because they are basically a 'peg' they can never fall off and the top is connected to the base by a swivel system so the item cannot become disassembled. Brilliant. Well Done

A step-up from your usual pocket game in terms of quality - made a great birthday present for our 11-year-old and will be used as a weapon in the continuing war to get him off screens every now and again! Brilliant for travel, due to its all-in-one construction - a game that is its own carrying case. And the sense of personal customer service was lovely, too, especially during these difficult times of lockdown - thanks especially to Urszula Kosnica, but also to all the team at Jaques.

Well made toy with sturdy little pegs. A great gift, this was for a 9 year old but really it would be a fab little gift for any age from 7 up, small parts would mean not for toddlers. I am going to add a small hook & eye at the side to keep the lid in place when travelling.

Un beau jeu de solitaire en bois clair avec des pions en bois de couleur rouge. La partie supérieure se coulisse afin de pouvoir ranger les pions a l’intérieur de la boîte. Du coup, le jeu est très facile à transporter. Une bonne idée pour remplacer les jeux vidéo du téléphone portable durant les trajets en voiture ! Pas de mal de tête, pas de nervosité ... juste un peu de réflexion et en plus, les parents seront d’accords 😉 La qualité est très belle et la taille parfaite. Je le recommande vivement !

Produit de bonne qualité. Envoi rapide et bien emballé. L’emballage fait joli et on peut l’offrir déjà emballé. Le bois est costaud et les pions sont plutôt bien taillés. Bon rapport qualité prix.
