Works ok wore them in my heels for a wedding my feet were pretty comfortable

Placement is the key to these I soles. If you don't put the risen portions I the right place on your feet. It will cause foot pain.

The larger of the 2 inserts have a prominent bump exactly at the center of my heel (size 8 feet). Totally uncomfortable! The smaller insert is for a child-size shoe. Returned them.

These are perfect for putting in the heels of those shoes that are a tiny bit big. They keep your heels from slipping and make the shoe fit comfortably.

They are too short, so what I did was chop them up into the arch, toe area and heel and stuck them more spread out in the shoe. Provides very good heel and ball of foot support, arch support is not enough for those with high arches. What I did is pair that, with separate gel arch supports to make the arch even higher :)

I was worried these would be to thick for my heels but they were perfect! Used for a wedding I was standing in and they lasted all night long I've never been able to be one of the last ones on the dance floor until now!!

They help alot. I have arthritis on the bottom of my feet and these make a big difference.

I use these in my flats and they work great. They’re great for high heels too
